Suikoden I and II are now mine!!! ^____^

So I went to Gamestop today for kicks, and low-and-behold on the shelves are Suikoden I and II. Ask the clerk if it's for real, and he pulls the disks out. Nearly flawless! A new minor scratches on both disks but nothing a little liquid cleaner can't fix. Manuals are a little torn with some writing on the back but otherwise mint.

Here's the Total:

Suikoden I: $29.99
Suikoden II: $59.99
Gamestop Value Card for 10% Off: $14.99

Total after discount: $101.00

Maybe I'll get lucky and Gamestop will have a B2G1 free for used games within 7 days so I could get another used one for free.

Not really cheap like someone who found Suikoden II for something like $20, but I can finally see what all the hub-bub is about. And maybe now I'll have incentive to finish Suikoden III and maybe get IV.

If nothing else, these will go well next to my sealed Ikaruga and Shadow Hearts I.

Sorry, I misread. I thought you used the discount card but you had bought it for $15. Nice find, beats paying $100+ on eBay. I guess the same person must have traded both of those in.

I have suikoden 1... mint condition, my ps1 system through broke, so I use a ps emulator and play it on my computer. Such a great game. I have wanted II for as long as I heard it was damn good. I had III, actually I had two copies of it, two days ago I sold the extra copy of it on eBay. Only made like 35 bucks after taxes and shipping and what not. Better than nothing. Thinking about IV... except I also sold my ps2... god damn college taking all my money.

But also grab on the deals son.

you can FF Chronicles(FFIV and CT) for the PS1 all over the place for about 15. but I guess you want the original cart.

Good stuff, and you got it complete too. Most good PS1 games that I find at GS/EB come disc only.
