Is there such a thing as superhero flash cards or something to that effect? My son is really into superheroes and he is getting good at identifying them and learning their superpowers and secret identities (although we argue about Wolverine's superpower - he says it is his claws and not healing his boo-boos real fast).

I'm thinking of something along the lines of a picture on one side and the powers on the other. Does this even exist or should I just look into standard trading cards (which he may be a little young for)?

Google Marvel cards

If you kid is anything like I was, he'll love the '91 series of Marvel cards. Back in the 90s I wanted to like the Fantastic Four so bad, I wish I had just read the classics. For some reason, this card captivated me when I was a kid. I wanted to be super skrull - all powers of the fantastic four in any combo - they should have had this guy as the villian in the second movie because he is completely badass.

For my money, no series has topped the 92 Marvel masterpieces. Pinup treatment for She-Hulk - come on that's hilarious.

Also a big fan of Dr Strange:

WTF?? I posted this in the Off-Topic forum - I swear! I guess the Mutant Registration Act could be discussed here though...

I'll look into those Marvel cards - something tells me they won't be cheap if they are 20 years old.

You'd actually be surprised at how cheap they are. I've seen old complete sets of movie cards from the 80's that sell for under $20.
