Survey w/ $10 Amazon GC for first 500 submissions

I don't have any idea how old this one is but I just now saw it on cnn.com and filled out the survey. It is probably extremely old and I just wasted 15 minutes of my time. Has anyone seen this one before?

I recognized the name of the company doing the survey "SYNOVATE" from my caller ID. For a couple of months these bastards wouldn't stop calling me. I don't know how they got my phone number (maybe they cross referenced with my street address) but I do remember doing a couple of these Amazon GC surveys last year. $10 dollars isn't worth the headache.

apparently nobody cares that they will get random phone calls...i for sure am not doing this survey, and thank you for warning us.
