Sweet gamimg chair @ target $38

Its in the Target ad. Its like the one Best Buy sells.

Black

Red

They normally sell for $50 but Target is advertising this as the "lowest price of the season" so I'm assuming it never goes on sale.
uh, does it have legs?
Yep, it's gonna get up and walk away...

No, just click the link and look at the pictures.
It doesent have the rounded legs that the best buy one has :(.
Best Buy sells one like this one that doesn't have legs, in addition to the rounded legs rocker.

wow, you're really clever

Do these support your neck at all? I've been looking for something other than a bunch of pillows stacked in front of the coffee table but everything I've seen so far looks like it would kill my neck trying to sit up.

I had the one of these with rounded legs on it from Best Buy. Loved the chair, but it broke within a couple of months. :(

After reading reviews it seems like it was fairly common with these chairs. I don't know if this applies to this particular model, but I wanted to put out a warning in advance just in case.

Those kinds of chairs fucking suck... they're ridiculously uncomfortable after 20 minutes.
I don't get it, who would want to sit so low to the ground?
I think it depends on how high your TV is off the ground. If you get a normal-sized TV rack, it doesn't really set the TV very high. Then if you get one of these chairs, your head becomes kinda level with the middle of the TV set. If you sit far from the TV, it's not as much of an issue but if you tend to stay near the TV, I can see that it makes some sense. There may be less strain on your neck that way...
Just get a BANANA CHAIR.
Don't get the money grubbing knock-offs, or those weighed down with speakers...

Get the ORIGINAL gamer rocker chair.

Get a banana chair.

How cheap did the clearance chair at Spencer's Gifts end up getting? That one had built-in speakers and rumble, I think...thought about getting one of those.
This is not exactly gaming deal here, can the moderator move this thread elsewhere please?
So please tell us where you to which forum you would like it moved. Wrong answer, this is the right forum.

Since this is not a video game deal, there are other forums for this deal like

Other Deals & Requests
Post and request deals that are not video game related. Magazine deals and contests belong here too.
http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=18
OR

Deal/Shopping Discussions & Bragging Rights
Talk about any video game deals, video game stores, and game shopping in general; brag about great deals you've taken advantage of too.
Get a life.
FYI, I do have a life, even though it may or may not be better than yours. But it's a bit ironic, aren't we all checking forums because we're not completely satisfied with our lives and try to save a few bucks?

It's a GAMING CHAIR (read: video game related), so it doesn't qualify for the first forum. This is a video game related deal, so it belongs in this forum. I've seen a lot worse. And since it is specifically a video game related deal, and not a severe YMMV or yard sale find, it belongs in this forum over the second one you posted.

Why don't you spend a little more time in the community before you start telling people where to post. This forum isn't just for games or systems, but any deals related to gaming (seats, wheels, accs, etc).

I am just going by what's specified in the forum description (if gaming magazine belongs to the other forum, I don't see why gaming chair doesn't belong to the other forum also).

Looks like there are gray areas for different interpretation, let's not dwell on this subject. Let the moderator to decide then. Sorry if I've wasted your time. I am sure you have more important matter to attend to.

Would you just shut the fuck up already? CheapyD himself has posted deals in this forum for Logitech speakers and the ButtKicker bass thing to turn any office chair into a gaming chair.
Whatever happen to using the floor as a chair...
I played through Paper Mario 2 sitting on the floor and screwed up my back. I can't sit on the floor for more than 20 minutes anymore without having back and neck pain. I bought a refurbished iJoy chair for $150 without the massage unit, it works great. Sits low and close to the TV too for those really intense sessions. :)
