The idea is akin to other promotions with video games in recent history (Darkwatch, for one) as well as other major groups and products such as Adult Swim and The Animation Show and such. The idea is that you sign up, you get all of these neat little extras like information about release dates, about the game itself, and things like that. You are also elligible to win prizes and other cool, unique things by getting out onto the street and documenting how you promoted the game in various ways.

Promotion includes setting up websites, posting on forums, tossing links into sigs, plastering posters around town where available, cosplaying in public, writing reviews for local newspapers and periodicals...things like that.
