As far as I can tell, Target doesn't offer trade-ins on game systems.
The only thing I found was on the "How To Find a Product" under video games was:
"Video Games: Scan or key in the UPC Code on the game case into the Search field. You may also type in the game's name. Of course, you can also browse by category (see link top right)."
