Target Rainchecks?

I used one a while ago on an xbox (33% off) from the GC reduction. However, I just picked one up last week to use on Fatal Frame II this week, but the substitution language is gone. Are they still alowing this? Or did we mess it up?

Anyone done this lately?

Thanks.

yeap like i posted a few weeks back you might missed it. I talked to a manager at a target and they said 33% off is the cut off

what is werid though some stores will take the raincheck even if the sub thing isnt on it. I got a few 67% off and 1 51% off dont know to try to use one and get Raw VS smackdown for 16... I used one 67% off to get Paper mario for 16.88 and i havent even finshed it yet im still stuck on the yoshi stage (chapter 3)

I bet there will be a training-style crackdown the clerks do it because they don't know about a policy change . . . after the holidays they will learn, I hope . . . but I find you can still use the better rainchecks but you have to carefully "coach" the clerk. Have one with the substitute text on it . . .

I also don't know if Target has changed the policy or are just leaving the idea off on these checks?!?

Yea, I was wondering this also, but it would be best to ask the manager.

Agreed, it was a fine run. Now, with the 33% cap, we have been downgraded from "ridiculously super lucky" to merely "super lucky." It would be foolish to complain.
If it is gone, it was good while it lasted. I am happy we still have 33% off.
Amen. Target could easily have cut out the sub clause entirely.

33% off of a $50 game is still $15, $10 more than we'd get with GGC and $5 more than any Target coupon I've seen.

More proof of the power of CAG. :D
