The cheapest price i can get for Bfbc2 and Heavy Rain?

So far i've found a deal where i can get both for $101 on gamestop with the 25deal. that includes tax and shipping.

I waits! You can find both BF: BC2 & Heavy Rain around $20 - $30 in few months now. Too many good games coming out this year.
 
So i should just hold off buying those games for a while? I'm just worried about the bad company 2 community dying before i get a chance to play. Other than that I'm fine with holding off.

With it already being really strong and new maps coming every now and then along with new online modes I don't think you have too much to worry about in that case.

I heard there's a Co-Op mode coming soon as well so if that's the case, along with the new maps and such already mentioned, then yea it should definitely stay strong.

I don't see Heavy Rain falling that low within the next few months... Let's not forget that some Sony exclusives take forever to drop(Heavenly Sword, the first Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank Tools of destruction just to name a few), The only way I see Heavy Rain hitting the $30 mark at any time this year is via Amazon Gold Box or closer to Black Friday. However, I could totally see BF:BC2 hitting that price point within the next few months somewhere. Neither will hit $20 any time soon though unless Target clearances them out.
