Okay, everyone has been in a customer service situation where the person helping you is so outside the realm of reality that you have to share it. Be it game related or not, something bizarre happens. What is you best or newest story?
My most recent is Best Buy. I called the 1800 number to try to have an order transferred. After a long time on hold, the rep says she just talked to the store manager, who told her it is "impossible" to do a store transfer from her store. I also have a feeling I met that when I finally got to that store. She was helping a customer with an issue, and was annoyed I was be hind the customer,also known as "being in line"....I responded that I was there for a store pick up. She turned to another employee, asked about store pickup, and I pointed out yes, she was at the store pickup register........She then asked who knows how to do store pickup(starting to think the rep talked to this person)....someone came out of the back, and she retreated to the office.
Luckily, the Best Buy I usually go to is awesome for the last 4-5 years. I will try even harder to go only to that one now
