The Darkness Game...issue possible help?

Im trying to play The Darkness, but there seems to be a MAJOR MAJOR framerate issue. The game is near unplayable. I try to aim at an enemy and its all choppy and the crosshair moves all over the place.

Has anyone else had framerate issues?
 
Try clearing your Xbox 360's cache.

Go into the System tab, Memory, Press "Y" on your HDD.

Then, enter in the code X, X, LB, RB, X, X.

Select "Yes" to perform maintenance, restart your 360. If that doesn't fix it, try installing The Darkness to your HDD.
