The Game Room was an online review show that ran from 1999-2000. They reviewed new games AS WELL AS classics, and the quality of their show was unmatched. They were professional, yet very laid back and unscripted in their reviews. With a $50 budget an episode and a greenscreen, they tore the internet a new hole with such an awesome show that even today still NOBODY does it quite like Mark and Dave did.
Anyway! These guys are 100% of my inspiration to make Still Gaming, my video game review show, and I'd appreciate it if you checked out their new weekly video blog! They'll be releasing a DVD documentary soon about the rise and tragic fall of this great show that was a victim of the .com burst of 2000.
Thanks!
