FAQ: What happens in a server crash?
Server Crash: The server machine crashes/freezes/etc. causing the match server to stop responding
Solution: An administrator will restart the server, stop the tournament clock, and play will continue from the point of disruption. Points will be added to the amounts totaled before the crash, and the tournament clock will be restarted once the game is live again.
FAQ: What happens if one of the clan member's game were to crash?
Clan Member Crash: The Clan member is unable to play or disconnected from the game by any means of server disconnection, game crashes, or being AFK.
Solution: If a clan member's game were to crash. That member would be ALLOWED to re-enter the game, however, the game will not be paused or held for that individual. It is the Clan's and the Clan Member's responsibility to ensure his connection and game are stable.
