well changing liability laws for corporations, like OPA. i cant think of much more than those two. but thats really what i thought the OP was going to post about.

sure why not. like i said, OPA is something that can use changing. congress recently tried to raise the fine limit (75 million) for OPA but democrats and republicans didnt go for it.
