The Simpsons: The Thirteenth Season [Blu-ray] $28.99

This season is 10 years old and thus still in the 4:3 aspect ratio, and not really "enhanced" in any way so I don't think the blu is really worth the extra money. I skipped it myself after watching a friends and I would recommend just getting the DVDs. Just my opnion. I don't think the Blu's will look that much better until they release the rest of the post-movie seasons.
 
Anything before Season 20 isn't done in HD natively, and even half of season 20 wasn't done in HD natively. Half of S20 is 1.33:1 aspect ratio and the other half is 1.78:1 aspect ratio. Season 21 and onwards are completely in HD, so they'd look better in HD.

As I look up a review of S13 on BD, I find that it's the last season to be shot on film with traditional animation, so there is some benefit to it being on BD:

If it's worth the extra $9 depends on what you think of the difference in PQ for an "upscale".
 
I had originally purchased the SD version when I saw it was $19.99 but went ahead and picked up the HD version after reading the reviews last night.
