The truth about GameStop

the guy in the video is some goon that most likely never worked at a Gamestop/ebgames before but jumped on the wagon and went online about it to play the victim role...

All his statements in the video are nothing that a person who frequently shops there could pick up on.. I knew all the stuff already and the cash/credit difference is 15% not 20 and he forgot to say they haggle you on taking out that stupid insurance on used games.... than he says the most they give you for any new game that came out is $25 now thats a crock right there....on thier site in the trade in values section theres more than a handful over 25 in credit...

I never worked for them before but I shop there and for one every time I pre-ordered something I got my copy...
Everyone knows those stores are pretty chitty so to get back at them buy them new from those stores and if it's the last copy and they try selling the new(opened) copy just say you dont want it..

People these days...

the best part about the store is getting those hard to find titles sometimes under 10 bucks.. if your smarter than them about it which everyone except for Bush is then you don't need to go online crying about it...
 
I just dont understand who would want to make one of these videos.

But it's not like his complaints are not valid. I am not very happy with Gamestop either, and they rarely have good deals. That recent $5 off any GC game coupon was the shit though...
 
I thought this was going to be some groundbreaking inside scoop Dateline investigation. I was wrong.

Did anyone notice how much his voice sounds like Cheapy's - like if Cheapy were 15 years younger and had been crying all day.
 
I hate the fact that boys can get away with whining. He should be shunned by the rest of the population and forced to live in a cave with his Hawthorne Heights CDs until his testicles decend.

Everyone already knows that GameStop rips you off. They are there to make money on the games. They're not going to pay you the full value.
