Theyre releasing Always Sunny 5 on bluray...

No. Catalog TV on BD is not going to happen much. The ones that did (aside from Lost) have been spectacular failures.
If it wasn't filmed in 1080p originally, I can't expect it would look good on bluray vs DVD.
 someone is incredibly uninformed, i urge you to do some reading.

anyways will they re-release previous seasons? maybe, i heard they have been shooting with DVX100, i know S1 was shot with it so yeah they could release them if they took the time to do a proper transfer

I'm fairly sure Sunny is all shoot using handheld digital cameras just a little above the quality of the ones they sell at Best Buy, it will never look that great on blu-ray.

I'd like to have them on bluray just so they would actually go next to the rest of my bluray stuff. I hate buying DVDs now.
I love Sunny, but seriously, is PQ really all that important to enjoy this show?
PQ is important to enjoy every show unless you actually like simulating the eyesight of a badger

There are very few comedies where I think it would make a huge difference for me to own them on Blu Ray, and Always Sunny (one of my favorites, mind you) would be very near the bottom of that list, for the reasons already stated.

Certain shows are made to be experienced in hi-def, this is not one of them.
