You mentioned Advance Wars has a tear at the bottom. Could you be more specific and mention the bottom of what? Manual, cart, or box?

Box. Basically, when the seller (the guy I bought it from) was flattening the box, he tore the bottom flap. He taped it up so that the box will fold back.
