This guy is a scammer right?

Im thinking of bidding on one of his items...but the fact that he listed like 200 xbox games the day after he registered and that he has games that A: arn't out yet or
B: Have been cancelled (IE Red Star)

makes me thing he's a scammer.

Whoa, $6 shipping too. Also, he now has 349 different games listed. Is that just about every game out or coming out for Xbox? Seems like he is trying to get a bunch of money and take off right away. I would stay far, far away from this guy.

The fact that stuff like Juiced is on there is a dead giveaway that he's a scammer, plus there's no pics to back up proof.
