They brushed me off. I called the web orders number, the guy told me a manager would call back the next day, and I'm still waiting... I don't think I will pursue it, they probably made a mistake and I don't know that it's worth pursuing (my own case at least).

I called in just a few days ago. When I ordered, some of my things weren't in stock (some blu-ray blank discs), so I did a seperate shipment; I got the things that were in stock. After a week or so, I decided to cancel the discs that didn't arrive yet. I called up this guy named "Rick", not a pleasant fellow to deal with, but I was polite and firm in wanting my remaining order cancelled. He asked me if I had received my shipment of the things that were already shipped out and I said yes. He wrote down all my order information, and later on that evening he emailed me a confirmation notice that my blu-ray discs were cancelled. So, not so much of a hassle, but just a lot of questions to answer.

Did my answer help you out much?

Are you trying to return an order you no longer want? If so you can bring it to any store with your online receipt and they will refund the amount.

I once placed an order on something that went out of stock and received it unexpectedly 3 months later.

I don't think Futureship will re-instate canceled orders due to the online gift card offer mishap using the BR discs.
