my round is exactly 4:31 in...

LOTS of mistakes.

one, I never meant to jump back at the start of any round... I was tryin to 63214S but I didnt...

two, too much time spent in the corner!!

three, running up to the opponent and 2P him... I was trying to 3P!!!!

four, times I just stood there doing nothing!

five, missed opportunity upon missed opportunity,

six, dood was going HELLA easy on me, and I still lost!!

seven, a crap load of other execution mistakes (2S into... air dash wtf?!?!)

next week I promise it wont be that bad...

shyt, this saturday wont be that bad... practice is good.

Your welcome and thanks for putting that in spoilers MM. Kinda knew you'd crack most of them in one shot. BTW you missed 2 of them. Still, pretty badass quiz skills I must say. You defenatly know your stuff.

You brought up a good point about one of the questions:
Sarah and Jacky from VF have a style that is so unlike Jeet Kune Do, thought it might be good as a trick question. I don't sense Bruce Lee at all from the crap they pull off.
 
I thought Jeet Kun Do was Style Without a Style. Theoretically, couldn't it be any style? Anyway, it's not a form of martial art I ever had any experience with.

the two bosses on tournament fighters were rat king (RAT BOMBA! GRUNT!) and then there was the cheap-ass karai

karai looks mannish in the game, but its the character that zhang ziyi voices in the new tmnt movies

I got the VF5 demo and busted out my DOA4 arcade stick that's been collecting dust. For some reason it's not working. It worked fine the last time I used it a few months ago. My other wired controller works fine. Sometimes the green light on the controller comes on but the controller still doesn't work. Anybody know what might be the problem or am I fucked?

Gonna be hard to resist VF5 with online play...but it'll probably be $30 in a matter of weeks, so I'll get it then.


Graphics don't seem quite as crisp and colorful on the 360.

I really want that game for 9.99 but I doubt i get it. By the time I am at a gamestop they will all be gone. I live like a 45 minutes from two of them.
 
I'm sure you'll find a copy. The game did really poorly here (hence the enormous discount). I thought it was ok (shooting + fighting is supposed to = win for me), but in the end, I couldn't "get it". I think they run tournaments in Japan still.

The gameplay strategies are reminiscent of Psychic Force and Virtual On. Plan your shots and choose the types wisely. Use dashes and cancels for positioning, and utilize vectoring to maximize your shots.

It's not for everyone, but at that price...



And if you're afraid of it not being there at GameStop, you can always call them first and have them hold onto a new copy for you until you get there.

I saw it at the store yesterday and considered picking it up. They had a preview video going on a TV but I waited for 5 minutes and it was all character art, no gameplay! :S

I wish there was an arcade here in the Bay that had Arcana Heart. I know I'm going to get it soon but honestly I don't know if I'm ready to spend $60+ on a game right now.

$9.99 for Senko No Ronde is an awesome price. The game is a whole lot of fun even though I completely suck at shmups.

I've never been a big Halo fan. It's definitely not because it's "cool" to hate it. I bought Halo 1 for my Xbox 1 and I couldn't get into it. I bought Halo 2 twice and couldn't get into it. The Halo 3 Beta was fun, but again I couldn't get into it. Just not my thing I guess?

I bought The Orange Box and I'm always down for TF2 matches. I'm getting annoyed with how much lag are in the TF2 games though. I would definitely wait to see if Valve releases a patch to iron shit out.

I love the game, but Puzzle Quest and the Orange Box bumped it out of rotation for a little bit...

I ordered Senko No Ronde (again) as well-- can't pass it up for $10. That's another great game I haven't played enough.

Exactly what I thought as I played the demo tonight. I got burned buying VF4 at full price, and before I knew it, the EVO version was $10 new. No way Im dropping $60 on VF5. Hopefully when it hits $20 there will be renewed interest and people still playing online.

Good Halo games to Smallwind last night. I forgot to mention. We probably played for like a good 2 hours, maybe even longer. We won pretty much everytime though :)
