your first deal is terrible. most websites sell a refurbished system for $150. also these systems do not include a microsoft warranty which means when they break it will cost you a lot to repair it.

Buyer Beware--better than a recent "deal" I saw elsewhere for the Pro system, but no HDMI, and a timebomb waiting to blow considering the crappy hardware. I think most people who have been paying attention here can get an Arcade close to or better than this and get the refurb HD from MS (the HD I don't worry about being refurbed).
