Whew, been a long day. I did some shopping today and snagged a few things. EBGames is having a 50% off sale on classic games as well as a buy 2 get 1 free on PC games (plus other sale stuff they have going).

I got...

SNES:
Star Trek Starfleet Academy Starship Bridge Simulator (A friend and I used to play the heck out of this back in the day). = $3
Riddick Bowe Boxing = $1
Lawnmower Man (yeah, I know, but it was cheap) = $1

PC:
Space Colony (for my wife) = $4
State Of Emergency (cheaper to buy at this price than rent for XBOX) = $1.50
Cart Racing = $2

XBOX:
High Definition AV Pack = FREE (found it by our dumpster when I went to throw out some trash today...woohoo).
Steering Wheel (Used and turned out to be broken so I gotta return it). :{

Not too much, but some fun stuff. Plus it was all pretty cheap. I was going to pick up some DC games from EB, but 2 of the 3 I picked up were scratched ALL TO H3LL. Anyone else score some stuff today?

Yeah, that is a long d@mned title. My friend and I used to play cloaking ships and see who could find the other player, decloak, fire and re-cloak before being found...lol. I remember a local store having a used copy of the game for $25 for the LONGEST time. Then, I would see it for $7 or so everywhere else just for the cart. Being the CAG that I am, I wanted to find it at a bargain price. I figure $3 is a pretty good deal...lol.

LMAO...right. For the time, it was a fun game. You could fly the ship and see from the viewscreen view the enemy ship. Two player was more fun since you just had to fly and shoot. In 1 player mode, you were in control of the ship and had to route (and re-route) resources into the different areas of the ship (shields, hull, phasers, etc...). The ships showed up in 3D which was kind of neat too. It was pretty fun "for the time" (SNES days). All in all, for a Star Trek fan who wanted to fly and shoot in the ships, this was basically your only chance.
