Ebay doesnt care? Are you kidding yourself? In their mind, you are stealing from them. They actually care quite a bit and are cracking down on it and its on of the reasons they created the "watch group" crap.

me and like 6 friends who list regularly never had a problem, on some items you can get away with it if you word it correctly.

Notice the "as-is" part in the last sentence?

Notice the "as-is" part in the last sentence?
i run my own computer building business on the side, whenever someone wants a part i make them pay a quarter of the true cost right away and then the rest whenever i install. Sometimes rich folks want whatever is best, the x850's were supposed to go into my friends lan room but he upgraded to 7900gtx's when they came out.
