I think this is old and there was probably a thread on it but I was bored yesterday night and came across this video on google videos. If you don't know, it's about 9/11 "conspiracy theories." If the information is true, and it looks as though it is based on its popularity, rating, references, etc; what happened as told by the government isn't really what happened (which is usually the case, but not to this extent). Just watch the video. It's long (1.5 hrs) but it's worth it.

There was a thread about that one last year, the video has been discredited six ways till sunday from the left, right, east, west, north, the moon, etc.

I know it's out there, but something tells me that blind Republican loyalty would remain intact even if there was a way it could be proven true. ;)

do I believe that it was our government that attacked us during 9-11, no. Do I believe it is possible that it could have happened, yes. I dont see it as closely possible at all but their is still a slive of possibility that they were involved.

So, OUR government, who can't get intelligence straight, can't cure poverty or crime or educate our youth, can't balance a budget or control the economy, and can't control leaks of covert programs to the press, orchestrated an attack on our own citizens and followed with the greatest cover up in history five years into perpetuity since the event.

Wow, some people....all the time. No wonder the psychic hotline makes so much money...

As Rumsfeld said "Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence” I am not saying that they did it, but you could consider that if them knowing about it and letting it happen then you can said they took part in it.

I dont know was worse having a government so porous and ignorant that they allow an attack to happen where there was evidence for it or that a government was involved in stimulating a lame duck president

Id say taking more vacation time then the past couple presidents, and riding on the successfulness of the Clinton era qualifies for lame duck
 
Most of the garbage in that video is so far beyond reality its laughable. Controlled demolition took down the WTC? Give me a fucking break. 1 little rocket caused all that damage at the Pentagon? I'm sure. All the people that died are off living their lives somewhere else? Yep, I'll bet they'd willingly go along with that.

This conspiracy theory stuff has gotten to the point that its downright offensive. Its insulting to the people who lost loved ones on that day and also tries to insult the intelligence of the American public.

In my opinion it is very possible that it was a controlled demolition. The facts based on tremendous eye witness accounts of the explosion 5 or so minutes before the building collapsed, video/ audio evidence of it & the insurance claims taken out on the buildings conspicuously close to the fatal day were too much to deny for me. Also, didn't they say that the steel became so hot that it collapsed under itself? Then why were there people standing out on the entry point where the plane hit one of the towers?
