Where will I get the highest trade in values generally?

Blockbuster/GameRush
GameCrazy
EB/GameStop

In that order. But EB/Gamestop tend to run special promotions from time to time which might make them better.

gamerush/gamecrazy are the best places to get the most for your games.

FYE is normally the best from what I've seen, though many times their game prices stay higher for longer than most other stores.

Outside of them, I'd say definitely Blockbuster/Gamerush and maybe Gamecrazy.

And, I'd put Gamestop DEAD LAST, unless you wait for a promo that makes their values decent.
