So I went to take advantage of the extra $10 deal and decided to look around to see if there was anything I want. Bam.

Mint condition Persona 2 that looks like it's never been played and Mint condition rhapsody just sitting there..... calling me out.

I just had to get it.

Got those to for $3.19 after trade ins. =)

Not really, unless you wanted to play them. Both games were reprinted and are very common now. My EB has 4 of each.

Yea... it looks like its never been played because, well, it never has been. Gamestop / EB receives them new, and rips off the shrinkwrap and sells them as used.
 
oh haha well I'm glad that its new then because I've been wanting to pick it up but could never really find it locally

depending on what you traded in you probally could of got a better deal around here..... i have a sealed Persona 2 and rhapsody I probally would of gave you
 
Yea... and isn't that deal 4 PSP games to get an extra $10? I think you got hosed, unless the games were Frantix and Gripshift.

I want both Persona 2 and Rhapsody, but I'm perfectly fine waiting until EB/Gamestop gets tired of them sitting there and drop the prices on them. They certainly aren't flying off the shelves.

Hmm, mebe, I would have offered it to CAGs but they were semi scratched caseless games that I got off of a local guy who was getting rid of them cheap so I figured that I might as well just go off to eb with it.
 
I agree with shipwreck, Persona 2 is what I've been waiting to drop. Why is it taking so long for this reprint to drop in price? It depresses me to be able to pick up three gamecube games for the price of this one. :(
