Transfering files with dual boot?

Okay so im currently about to do my first dual boot(installing mac os x tiger) i used acronis to make 3 partitions, one for XP(100GIGS), one for MAC(70GIGS), and one for shared(like 30gigs), i did the shared partition cause i watched some video on youtube about it, and it told me to, anyways it didnt tell me what to do with that shared partition, so wil there be like a special way to transfer files from XP to MAC visa versa?
