anyone know if these will be available for purchase via Live or is it just for pre-order people? anyone have a code for Shockwave for the xbox they can give?

Since its Activision, I'd be willing to bet that they'll be available for purchase in a couple months. Right now, though, your only option is going to be getting the codes through purchasing from each store. You'll probably have to buy Shockwave and Demolishor through eBay. If you want Jazz, he comes with all new copies at Best Buy, regardless of whether you preordered or not (BB didn't even offer this game for preorder).
I doubt anyone would just give you their code, though.

yeah, I got Jazz through Best buy. my cousin was given Shockwave from his friend, his friend said he didn't want it.... who the hell doesn't want Shockwave? crazy
