Found a copy of Tropico 5 PS4 Limited Edition at Frys in store today for $19.99. Cheapest I've seen, especially for a copy with DLC included.

I got this awhile ago from Gamefly for $19.99 pretty soon after release.  I couldn't believe how quickly it dropped and figured it might start falling everywhere.  I've been surprised how well the prices have held up.  Gamefly has never had it on sale since then, too, I believe.
