TRU special Coupons for conjuntion with BOGO videogame sale

I work at TOys R us, and employees at my store got special coupons that are valid the oct 18 and 19th only. The coupons(8 of the same coupon) are for 20$ off of 75$ or more purchse. so I pick up 3 paper mario's thousand year door,(100$ total, -20$ coupon, -10% employee discount) so bout 73.00$ for three 50$ games :)

I was wrong with the date valid, its oct 17th to the 19th, so sunday to tuesday, sorry about that.

I can post a pic if you guys like, but I will listen to cheapy's advice, and block out the promotional code to use online
 
I have 8 of them coupons, dont know if BOGO will be oline also, but in store, anyone can use the coupon its called friend and family coupons, so you dont have to work their to use them(and it says works at any TRU in the USA)

The GC and GBA advance BOGO is this sunday coming up, ps2 and xbox are the following week that is my understanding from my boss

all the coupons have different skins, but the promotional codes are indivualized, cause me and another employee dident have same promotional code, so once all 8 of mine are used in store/or online then their no good(i only plan on using one or 2 at the most)
 
I am refearing to buy 2 get 1 free game sale, not BOGO, sorry about that. the codes are not valid onlnie yet, BUT the codes are GOOD B&M coming this sunday and says VALID on any deals or promotionals from toys r us. Only thing excluded are diapers, formulas, and videogame HARDWARE.

Man, I dont mean to bash a guy whos trying to share a deal with the community but........WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!!!! Six codes? SIX USABLE CODES? Man, you just jumped in shark infested waters with huge open wounds then decided to cut yourself up some more. I dont know what to say. At first I thought you were just showing off but thats not your style (from what Ive seen of your posts) Dude, pick six of your closest friends, or 5 and give cheapyD one, but dont post them here. 6 lucky people will get in on this deal and the rest will want to burn you alive.
 
most the time those coupons cant be used with other offers. if they want to dump the 6 codes maybe do something like pick 6 names at random. or just show the things without the codes to let people see what they look like
 
actaully the coupon says for EMPLOYEE friends and family(sent from Maryland TOys R Us headquarters) so I doubt they would put them in the sunday paper lol.but the two other toys r us in my district dident get them for some reason, my mamanger said it was an incentive for staying open without power from the hurrican last year. our store got an award+600$ store cash for employee use.
 
I am goign to post them but block out the promotional codes, I am thinking of hooking 5 or 6 other cagers up, punquex,cheapyD,scuba and others, not sure yet though

how did you check people out if the store didnt have power.
 
back up gen that only could power very few things heat lamps(red lighting,only 4 in the whole store where the only things that had power, we had the old schookl credit card thing. me and and other employees walk them around with flashlights, and written down the skins/UPC, and PRICE from the tag. and the cashiers tallied it up with a calcuilator, and took the money from the customer.(no cashregisters or anything)
 
scuba deserves it, he hooked up a ton on fools on $5 Morrowind goty version back in july. punq does that kind of junk too.
 
Im all for hooking up true community leaders. I even suggest a poll with some candidates names and stuff that way its decided by the masses and not just personal opinon (Id hate for somebody really cool to alot of other CAGers miss out because they have yet to have many great interactions with you by dumb luck) Just an idea.
 
I might take the BUY 2 get 1 free over to BB if they got some games on sale these next two weeks. I been taking the meijers ad Buy 1 get 1 50% off for the last few months and they matched them
 
Hey werid i was just checking something. The nEw YU GI OH game hits the PS2 OCT 26.. BUY 2 get 1 free say you do this..... Dump the YU GI OH cards off on ebay for 20 Each.

60 bucks your getting for the 3 set of cards this gives you 3 Games for 20 bucks ( each game is 40) Take the 2 or 3 copies to Ebgames for 20-25 Now you have 120 bucks for 80 .... I might do this trade in my other 2 copies of the game and get RAW VS SMACKDOWN

Not bad 20 bucks out of pocket for YU GI OH and R VS SMACK
 
You know i think its right to give the codes to cheapyd and people like punqsux. Being the cheapassnewbie i am, i dont deserve it more then anyone else on the site but...mind sellin me one of those paper marios^^
 
Headquarters wouldn't b sending them to Cali huh... Nads I wanna get paper mario :( as well as some other B2G1 games.

Lol I guess I'll try asking the employees if they have any coupons for $20 off $75 hahaha :roll:

All TRU employees are getting those coupons that are good from next Sunday-Tuesday. They were supposed to be given out with checks last week, but probably some people won't get them until this weeks checks. Also, as I posted before I saw next weeks ad and there isn't the Buy 2 get 1 free deal listed. So the coupons are still good, but that would only give you a $50 game for $10 off(not as good as B2G1). If anyone wants I would be willing to give mine away, but the coupon code is the same for everyone. There is an associate coupon SKN and then a coupon SKN for employee's friends/family(912739). It would be too much work for TRU to create a coupon code for each employee. Just ask an employee to use that coupon code number and they may just give you the discount next week, although you are supposed to have the coupon and most likely they will ask you for the coupon instead, but I've read in the past that some people were able to get employees to just give them the discount by telling them the coupon code(at my store I wouldn't do it for someone without the actual coupon).

Edit - The coupons that all TRU Employees are getting are 20% off a $75 or more purchase valid from Sunday 10/17 to Tuesday 10/19. Also, you can not use your employee discount with the coupon(you can't get 20% + 10% off).
 
lol okay ur thinknig of the right place, but their is no best buy by it, but yes their is a gamestop right outside the mall by the main street with a restauraunt next to it, I think its called Pickadillis or sumthing
