I posted this in GameFAQS, but I'll post it here too in case anyone can help
I've been playing this game on my PS3, and for a while it worked fine, however after a while (this started happening around the time I first teamed with Ohatsu and climbed to the top of the tower) whenever I either go to a shop, or try to infuse my weapons/armor with souls, the controller like spazzes out as if I was holding down L1/R1 to scroll through the different sections. It doesn't happen at any other part of the game, nor have I had trouble playing any other PS2 game on PS3. Anyone else have any idea why this might be happening? I beat the Dark Wasp at the end of that level, but without being able to buy new supplies and improve my equipment, I'm not going to get much farther.
I also have the PS3/PS2 memory card adaptor, so if there's a way I can move my save back onto a PS2 memory card, I could keep going playing the game on PS2.
