My friend has a TurboGrafx-16 that comes with everything except any games and he wants to sell it to me. I wanted to know if its a worthy system to have or if it's even worth anything?

It will be hard to find games for it, but there are alot of worthy titles on the system such as the Bonk series, Legendary Axe, Ninja Spirit, Devil's Crush, Galaga '90, Alien Crush, Splatterhouse, and much more

I had regreted selling mine off years ago until I picked up another a few years back, I just dont have the amount of games I had then...
