Turtles in Time Re-Shelled to be removed from XBLA/PSN 6/30

I heard this game wasn't that great and I never played the original (it's a shame, I know). Should i buy it before it's gone or just save my money?

It's pretty good. You should buy it, along with OutRun as that too is supposed to be gone or already gone. Not sure.

Not a great game but they've put it on sale multiple times...I think I paid the equivalent of $2.50 for it? I know it was less than 5 bucks. Anyway, at that price it was fun.

The reviews for this one were lousy at the time, and I have the PCB board for Turtles in Time that I sometimes swap into my arcade machine, so I never bothered with this one.

Good riddance, that game was fucking horrible. They messed it up at every turn and the ability to just keep continuing everytime you die makes the game not so much fun because your not trying to beat it with onl 2.25 in quarters at a arcade. Its like the xmen arcade game isnt fun either because you could just keep continuing.
They could clearance price it...
Why clearance price a product that doesnt actually exsist? You clearance price stuff when you have inventory you need to get out of your store or warehouse because its just sitting there, this is a digital product that doesnt even really exsist outside of being on a server somewhere.

Bought this at full price and yep, I feel ripped off. It wasn't awful but knowing that the SNES version is far superior really puts into question WTF were thinking when they made this. Beat this a total of twice and never touched it again. I feel bad for convincing my friend to buy it with me :(

Already gone as of yesterday... I was going to try it out with my friends but forgot to buy it in time.

Can people who already purchased it download it again or is it completely off the servers?

Good! The remake was based off of the inferior arcade version instead of the SNES. Seriously, I remember back as a kid trying to play Turtles in Time in the Arcades and I just walked away from the machine because of how boring and generic it was. To have it put next to the original Arcade game is just... well, insulting.

Though, from what I can tell, you can still download it on XBLA since it's on sale for 400 MSP. I wouldn't buy it though.

This. Terrible game. It deserves to go to the graveyard. Played it at a friends house and did not like it. Stick with the Super NES version - that was even better than the arcade.
