A teacher had sex with a 15-year-old boy who was still in nappies, a court heard.

Catherine Armstrong, 33, who specialised in helping dyslexia sufferers, lured the boy to her home after he replied to her internet advert for private tuition.

Their sexual relationship began when the then 29-year-old changed his nappies for him. The teenager said he wore them partly for incontinence, partly because they made him feel safe and because he 'liked baby things'.

'It took me a stupidly long time to realise that what we were doing was wrong,' said the boy who cannot be named for legal reasons.

He said he was 'a bit scared' of having sex and thought it would be like the diagrams he had seen in his textbooks at school, Oxford Crown Court heard.
Armstrong maintained the boy was a willing partner in the sexual liaisons which happened at her home in Thame, Oxfordshire. She even sent him e-mails claiming she 'never stopped loving him' when their affair ended, the court heard.

However, Fiona Horlick, prosecuting, said because he was under 16 there was no issue of the boy – who displayed symptoms of autism – being able to consent.

Armstrong denies two charges of abusing a position of trust and two counts of sexual activity with a child.

The trial continues.

I'm finishing my bachelor's and getting ready to pursue my masters in Education, and I'm getting pretty sick of seeing [teacher/coach slept with student] every other week or so. You would think that these educators in the media would understand that intercourse with students is ethically wrong. Plus the fact that it's constantly in the media should really drive the point home. I just don't understand people sometimes :drool:

She was providing a service, her issue was she forgot this wasn't prostitution and that she was a teacher. Unless she was going over sex ed. As a former 15 year old guy, any semi attractive girl that was naked and wanted to have sex was a thumbs up for me. I got older my tastes change. This girl would probably meet the semi attractivness in close doors with lights dimmed. Where were these teachers when I went to school?

I'm guessing it was somewhere around the time they got caught. That's usually where the remorse kicks in.
 
That's not exactly a 'glamour shot' in the OP, but she's not exactly Debbie Lafave, either.

That said, I do think the taboo nature of the relationship can enhance the attractiveness of the older woman playing the 'teacher/caretaker' in the eyes of the minor hungry for experience.
