Astute readers may be familiar with the Bright Dawn Treatment Center, either from the unsavory depiction of the mental health facility in Dementium 2, or via the multitude of rumors revolving around the staff’s dishonorable conduct and reliance upon un-anesthetized organ abstraction. With all the bad press surrounding Bright Dawn, the patient population has dwindled considerably.
If an effort to thwart the tide of negative press and to reinvigorate the chain of clinics, SouthPeak Games and Tech-Gaming are seeking submissions for Bright Dawn’s upcoming campaign to bolster their image. For their efforts, two artists will be awarded a DSi XL along with a copy of Dementium 2 for their noble efforts- which presents an ideal way to experience the upcoming DS title’s menacing gameplay.
Simple create an advertisement like the one pictured above, and host the image at a site such as Flickr, PhotoBucket, and ImageShack. Post a link to the artwork in this thread, along with your email address in the proper space (we promised not to share your data with Bright Drawn personnel). Periodically, we’ll be posting our favorites, for all to admire, so check back often. Winners will be announced on April 28th, 2010; the contest is open to residents of U.S. and Canadian territories.
