UK Only?

I apologize for my ignorance. While following the CAG Twitter feed, I notice all deals are listed in Pounds and are (usually) linked to UK sites. Do these same deals apply to us Yanks in the U.S.?

And if so, do the region locks prevent us from even attempting to purchase these?
