Uncharted 2 - GOTY

I am looking to get Uncharted 2 (doesn't matter if it's GOTY or not) and I saw that Amazon has it for $16.96 currently.
I am wondering if the price is likely to go down even more? Should I buy it now or should I wait longer to see if the price drops below $10-$15?

Also, will Target or Best Buy price match Amazon's price?
 
If you don't have the need to play it immediately, I would hold off through the end of this month seeing as how the holiday sales are just about to ramp up.

YMMV on getting both stores to match Amazon pricing.

It was $14.99 last night but I was able to get for $9.99.

BB Don't price match Amazon price. Not sure about Target but you can always ask them if they do.
