$3 shipping for most item except if it say exact shipping or extra shipping which is usually bigger items or items with guides.

$3 is only your first item, any subsequent items are only an additional $1 to ship, so it behooves you to go after a few things. Of course it should be noted that since this lowball has multiple sellers, you'd need to pay shipping to each person you won items from.
