Was wondering if any had ever been able to use one of the $5 Game Gift Card coupons with a BestBuy.com In Store Pickup Order.
Basically, I hadn't checked the weekly ad posting until today and noticed they had Kingdom Hearts 2 on sale for $39.99, which seemed like a good deal if I could use the GGC to get it down to $35.
Unfortunately, the local store had close already, and my only option would be to order online where the price is still $39.99 till midnight.
My question is whether I'll be able to use the GGC to get the $5 when I go to pick the item up, or will the price be locked? Since the coupon has no promotional code, I know it can only be used in store, but I was hoping I'd be able to use it when I did the in store pickup.
I tried the customer support number but the phone support had no idea, but said more than likely I would not be able to.
I was just curious if an CAGs have had luck using the GGC when pickuping up online orders in store, and if so, did you have to say anything in particular?
