Im going to be selling a fender p-bass lyte but havent been able to find much on value.
ebay closed listings vary by over $400.
i couldnt find any on craigslist within 100 miles either.

is there somewhere i can look/go to find an accurate value?

Well, I would look at the closed listings... find a few that match the condition and possibly color of your guitar. See how much they closed for, and then decide based off of how much you want for it.

Go to a music store website and see you can find a used model for sale. Take the average from a few different site, knock a bit off, then set that as your asking price. If the bass is not made in America, discount your asking price by 95%. ;)
