Value/Worth of the Tekken 6, LE wireless fightstick (xbox 360)?

im doing a trade with a local, he's offerring me the LE Tekken 6 wireless fightstick for xbox 360. From the looks at it, it's in excellent condition.

I have the skyrim, 1st print, brand new, hardcover guide.

who's getting the better deal here?

(if the tekken fightstick is easily moddable I'm more open to trading otherwise...I don't really need another fightstick as I have the SFIV TE already)

The Tekken stick is pretty easily modded. I don't THINK it's rare but that's something you gotta double check. It's not really that good though.

no it doesn't seem rare, just trying to unload the guide before skyrim loses all momentum...but if modding is for a few extra bucks makes it on par with an unmodded TE stick, it might be worth it to me. thanks for the input.

You're getting a slightly better deal in current value.

CE Skyrim guide is roughly $20-$50
Tekken 6 stick is $30-$60

Since the book will likely go up or stay the same in value and the stick will eventually go down in value, it's a good deal for both parties.
