I think the Saturn MMX3 was a Europe and Japan thing only, but I could be wrong.

I would not trade MMX3 for a US Saturn, but a Japanese one I would.

I would trade BOF and Nights (need to check BOF Battery as I have never played it)

I'll get back to you on that. I may already be selling those two games. Would you happen to be interested in Fire Emblem, or strategy guides for FFTA and Sword Of Mana? If not, I might be willing to make a cash offer.
