Basically a rebranded HD A3 from Toshiba, includes Bourne Identity and 300.
I know the format is dead (Lets not discuss format war nonsense here!) but this is still a great upconverter for DVD and with the cheap ass prices on HD DVD's you can get a rather nice HD library on the cheap. Not easy to find brand new HD DVD players anymore either.
