$20 for Lego Star Wars! :hot: I told my bro to grab that for me for my birthday.. he's pretty tight on money, so i'll tell him to take it back if he got it for $40 and just get it PM'ed next week at Wal-Mart for $20.. half off!

Edit: Dunno why you highlighted MOH:EA, it retails for $39.99.

Thanks again for posting the ads. Lego Star Wars finally hits that magic $20 price point, just in time for my birthday. Awesome. I've beaten it once on Xbox and once on PS2, but the game is fun as hell and at that price I can buy it, replay it, and try to unlock all the bonuses.

I honestly didn't know the MSRP and it's a fairly new game. Not to mention that I'm tired and I sometimes get highlight happy. Thanks for the heads up, but you'll have to give me a break when I come home from work and forfeit sleep just to post these deals asap.
 
I thought you highlighted all the deals anyway. But yeah, we can't complain when we get next week's ads well in advance.

Hopefully the BB ad will have at last one or two more quality deals since my birthday is on the 30th and I'll have cash to burn.

Time to go use the $15 worth of RZ certs on Lego Star wars, and then pick up the PM on the backside for the $22 difference.

Just curious, is the NFSU listed the first one or second? I realize you posted it as the first, but with the rumored move to GH/PH/PC of the second, I thought maybe you misread/mistyped. Thanks.

PM + GGC is YMMV, depends on the customer service rep, since a PM is what qualifies for "other offers or promotions" which are listed as not being combinable with the GGC.

odd... why does CC have a thing for Black Hawk Down on PS2 but not on Xbox? o_O i was waiting for that game but then i got a DS so ive been spending my money on DS stuff, not Xbox stuff... =/

I'm going to try and see if my CC will accept BB's competitor coupons (either the B&W one or the McD's one) to get it for $15. Otherwise I'll wait a little longer so I can GGC it. It's probably going to drop in price everywhere anyway.

Very nice deal on Lego Star Wars. Well worth $20 dollars, I would have jumped on this deal if I didn't pick it up on launch date.

I'd say the XB due to graphcis and sound but I don't think there's a big difference between the two versions. BTW, I own the Xbox Lego Star Wars.

One concern is that the PS2 LSW is a blue disc (or so I have heard)... this could be a problem on older PS2s in particular ("disc read error"). Can anyone confirm that the PS2 version blue disc?
 
Any bets that Target screwed up and put Madden 2006 in the ad too early? Therefore, expect at least an ad correction notice to be posted around the electronics department along with a possibility of a "raincheck" for those who want to get it at that price.

Me... I'd rather score Lego Star Wars for $19.99. In the words of Quagmire... JACKPOT! :D

It is a blue bottom disc...its what made me trade in my old PS2 and some games for a slim. It wouldn't play on my launch PS2.

Yes, they do that. Both the online and in-store "price-match" statements mention CC matching it's own sales, as well as competitor's.

Which means it is a CD game then? Since the old blue bottom games were in fact... CDROMs... like DyNASTY Warriors 2

I played the demo for it before the final version came out, and I have to say it runs really well on the PC. The gameplay is smooth, and playing on the keyboard isn't bad at all.

EDIT: I don't think the PC version is on sale for $19.99 (so the XB/PS2 version is actually cheaper for this sale ($19.99) compare to the MSRP for the PC version $29.99. In that case if you have a XB or PS2 I would go with the console versions. I have the XBOX version myself, and I got it since release day, and still play it from time to time.
