VGA-In on a notebook?

Does anyone know of a good laptop with a vga-in port on it?
I'm wanting to play my Dreamcast (and hopefully a 360) using my VGA adaptor, but I'm quite limited on space, so my massive CRT monitor won't suffice any longer. So, needless to say, I really need a laptop anyways and would like to use it to display these devices. A TV card degrades the quality too much, so I'm not really considering that as an option.

How come all of a sudden ppl start asking for laptops w/ vga in? I haven't seen any laptop with that type of option, and most likely not going to in the near future. Maybe I overlooked, but LCDs are dropping in prices fast, you should consider that instead. Plus you can use it as a dual monitor with your laptop.
