Video Card for Borderlands 2

I'm not a PC gamer, but I'm a huge fan of Borderlands. It's about time for me to replace my current home computer and I was going to replace it with one that could run Borderlands 2 with the PhysX enabled.

I probably won't play too many other games on it though- so I'm not looking to build a super awesome machine. Just something that gets Borderlands looking nice and awesome.

Unfortunately, I don't understand video cards. I don't understand the different tiers of cards, and what they effectively do for me. Can someone help me pick out a card that would be optimal for my situation?

Check this out. Card is packaged with Borderlands 2, has PhysX, is a great card and priced well for a card of such caliber. MSRP of $300, but, of course, comes with BL2.

So if I'm reading that correctly, that's the lowest end PhysX card and it's supposed to run the game at optimum settings? Looks like I've found my graphics card. Thanks.
