I know there's a ton of collectors on this site, so this may be of interest. I have been collecting games/accessories/systems for about 6 years now, and it's getting to the point where I can't remember what I do and do not have. I'm not even sure how many games I have, probably in the ball park of 500-700. I was thinking about keeping a spreadsheet of what I do have, but the thought crossed my mind about keeping a physical list on paper.

I don't know if anyone has created anything similar to this, but would anyone be interested in cataloging the entire history of video games by system back to a certain date? I'd like to include stuff like SKU, Title, System, variants, etc. It's way too much for me to take on by myself, otherwise I would just do it, but if theres a number of people willing to pitch in, putting it together would be a breeze.

I think it's a decent idea, if for nothing else than when you print the completed list, you can hand write in entries as you go, and take it with you as you need. I understand laptops serve the same purpose digitally, but I haven't seen anyone walking through a flea market with an open laptop yet.

I'm not sure exactly how many people this would take, but the more the better. You have to figure at least 10-20 systems at several hundred games each, so it could get quite overwhelming.
