Is there anyway to see why you've received such deals? I recently preordered God of War 3 and got -$15 and I have no idea why. I bought ODST and got the $15 credit but already used that on Demon's Souls so I don't know if it's just a mistake or some sort of glitch so I don't really contact customer service about it. Obviously not an issue for me but I'd just like to know if there is such a way for future reference.
