Wal-mart YMMV R6:Vegas $39.99 and GRAW2 $39.99 X360

I went today and bought R6:Vegas for $39.99 and saw GRAW2 for $39.99.
Xbox 360 only, R6 for ps3 was still $59.99.

Some WMs are proactive with price matching and Circuit City has both of these games for that price this week in it's sale flyer.
