If a buyer gets StS plus no tax through Walmart.com (not everyone qualifies) and goes to Walmart for basic needs, then it's cheaper to get it at Walmart. I do agree the Amazon.com deal is much easier for most people.

If you live in somewhere like Oregon, then you don't pay tax when ordering from Walmart.com.

Not sure about the no tax thing, never bought from Walmart.com before. But I would imagine the price you pay online(with no tax) is the final price.

StS is site to store, order on-line and pick it up in store, e.g. no shipping costs!

I saw in another thread some people not having to pay tax because of their location. Like you said, final price on the online invoice ='s your price when you go to pick it up.
